Hey guys, I'm not an active user of the forum but I had a question. Can I be a Youtube partner by making dub videos. I'm talking about dub videos like the ones you see at ''Bad lip reading'' and ''ModernWarNegro''. They're obviously copyrighted, but so are gaming channels. So I'm confused whatever its legal or not.
