Dry Spell.

Sir Friendship

I've Got It
Our channel seemed to start extremely well, and views and subscribes rained down upon us, but now we have hit a dry spell, around the 50 subscribers mark. Should this be happening so early on?

It would be great to hear some tips on how to better promote my channel.

Please and thank you! :D

What's not normal is the subs and views raining down in the beginning, it's the dry spell that's normal for a small channel just starting out.

Honestly, the same thing has been happening to me as well. I think it's because we tend to experience highs and lows. If you use annotations asking for ratings, that could help. Other than that, I'm not sure how much you could do. Best of luck!

If you want subscribers and viewers, then be one yourself!
Find related channels and try to connect with them. :)

Promote your videos in a non-"desperate" way.
Not good: "Sub4sub? Comment, like and sub. -> www.youtube.com/xxxxxx"

Good: "Hey! I checked out your channel and this video: *refer to video* It's pretty good! I can relate to this, which you can see in this video I uploaded! *refer to your video*" - or something like this.

Show interest in others, and others will show interest in you! C:

Good luck!

Hey. Quit saying my lines man...

I haven't seen you posting these lines before. And I'm only giving tips from my personal experience.
lol it was just a joke man. Something I say alot is "if you want people to show an interest in you, show an interest in them!" I was complimenting you on your good advice.
