Donations?

Is there any legit way for me to enable donations from subscribers for my channel?
I was going to put a "donate" button to my channel links, but it turns out that it's not allowed... Even though some (big) youtubers use it... Am I supposed to talk to my partnership company about it and possibly make it allowed? (I can't enable youtube fan funding since it's not available in my country (yet?))

I'm not sure how that works, but you could always use Patreon if you wanted to.

yes you are since its not breaking any rules or anything, just dont over do it because people only donate for a good reason not a 'need money' thing.
