Sullivan's consultant asked him to make a video that's right for the season and for something that's trending all the time, so he sent him to the Dollar Tree to find some Halloween costumes he could make for $10 or under. Sullivan came back with a bunch of great ideas! Everybody loves a bargain, and Dollar Tree, the Dollar Store, Dollar General, or Poundland are all great places to pick up whole costumes or the pieces to make your own!
