Doing videos in English vs other language

When I look at some statistics on SocialBlade, videos in which the youtuber speaks English have the same range of estimated earnings as anothers who speaks his mother language considering number of views are the same. Suppose the latter is from a developing countries, his earning should be much lower right, given low ad cost and low click ratio ? Does SocialBlade not take that into account ?

Yes that's correct.

It doesn't. Socialblade earnings does not account for the demographics of the channel. Actually the site does not have access to this stats anyway.
It is just a simple extrapolation solely based on the traffic data.

You should anyway only make videos in a different language than your own if you feel comfortable with it. If you are just stumbling, mumbling and making mistakes in a foreign language you will likely have less success than when you make videos is your mother language.
Nevertheless when you speak a foreign language fluently enough people may like your accent. At least this seems to be the case on my channel :)
