It doesn't suck, I have watched a number of minecraft videos and yeah it seems yours is on par with many other more popular channels. Maybe you need to promote more possibly? I tend to get feed back from people I have subscribed to. If I show interest in other peoples channels they return the favor. Well most of them at least. But that's just showing I care about others content just like my own.

I noticed you have a Facebook channel and Twitter account but they don't relate to the channel they are your personal accounts. Maybe you could create a fan page and a twitter account for you channel?
