Hey Mackazz,
Something you could definitely improve on, is the volume on your videos, especially in the intro, when you scream, the sound seems broken, and it seem like you probably have your gain set too high on your mic. It is best if you dial the gain down and then pass the audio through Audacity to improve on it there. (I am not trying to be harsh, and I hope you understand why this is important)
A second thing to improve on is the way you record the video. You have done a great job in recording the Pokemon GO videos, the background that you use is also quite appealing, but when recording the Pixelmon videos you have also recorder your whole desktop monitor which makes it seem very unprofessional. I am not sure what program you are using to record, but a great one is OBS, with it, you can easily set it to only record your game (just look up some tutorials on it, its very easy)
