Does capitalization matter with your video tags?

Just wondering if capitalization has any bearing on video tags. September vs september for instance, or the capitalization of proper nouns, (game names, company names, etc.) in terms of user searches for those particular keywords.

I've also thought of targeting common misspellings of words in addition to what I'm targeting, does anyone else do this with your tags?? I figure if someone can misspell a tag I'm using, I might be able to take advantage of it.

thanks!

Daryl Eves mentions in his how to tag properly video that he sometimes uses tags of common misspelled words, but given that there's a limit on how many tags we can use, I'd rather use the space for something else

I've used "shelterdog" as a tag in addition to "shelter dog" because the tag without the space has a higher ranking in Tube Buddy. I've also read using common misspellings is a good idea.

YT states in Creator Academy not to worry about misspellings. I take this to mean the algorithm is smart enough to associate common misspellings with the root word.
Capitalization in tags makes not difference, neither does it in titles for algorithmic purposes.
Capitalization in titles may have a psychological effect grabbing the viewer's attention. some may see it as a turn off, some won't care, some may click more. I generally fully capitalize one long-tail search term.
Adwords does not permit all capitalization of words in the description fields (unless acronyms), they see this as distracting and spammy I guess.

Thanks everybody!

I've used words with and without spaces, and used common misspellings/typos if I have the room.

as far as capitalization goes, good riddance!

All caps can make your title easier to read. For example If I Post Thomas the tank engine vs. THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE which one stands out the most to you?

If you want specific phrases in your title to stand out it helps to but them in all caps. It draws the reader in.
