Does anyone use Bandicam for recording gameplay? PIP problem..

I can't seem to find any information on this, maybe you all can help me. I am using Bandicam for recording my sons Five Nights at Freddy's gameplay, and so far has worked well until we decided he was going to do the Picture in Picture gameplay he has seen other gamer channels do. I followed the instructions on the Bandicam site for adding the webcam, but there is no picture in the Preview button. If I go to the webcam screen however, there is a picture.
Has anyone else used Bandicam for this, or is there another software I should use?
