Fraps is 37$ or so and I really like it. Up to 1080p.

Easycap is pretty bad. If you want to record console, use Elgato. If you want to record PC, use DxTory. DxTory is more superior than Fraps, and DxTory is $36. (It's $1 cheaper than Fraps and way better, bang for your buck right there.)

Elgato is expensive. It's around 155. Easycap is pretty bad to be honest. It's waste of money in my opinion, but you can get it if you want.

Personally I hate fraps. I tried using DxTory and my pc just did not like it one bit. So I'm kinda stuck. And I have a pretty good pc so I guess some computers just cant run some of the codecs DxTory uses. Always use the trial before you buy. You don't want something you cant use.
