Does anyone know how to make an instrumental version of a song?

Hi guys, there's this particular song i recently got and i love it so much! Like i'm insanely inlove with it, but i can't find the karaoke version anywhere. There's only the piano version but i want to make a cover with the original one.
I have audacity but it comes out so rubbish! I really wanted to do a cover asap of it!

DO you know how to make Hd instrumentals of songs without the vocals if so please reply and i'll send it to you
