Does anyone Know how to get this kind of look on a video?

I've got a nikon d3200 with a 18-55mm lens. Im looking to get this kind of look in my videos...
Is it the lens? fps? or is it the effects used in the video editing software?

Go to Film Riot on YouTube, and search their video on Color Grading. They'll give you a preset you can use in After Effects, and make it look just like that.

Seems like it's been answered, but yes, colour gradients.
