Does anyone else get nauseous while editing?

Every time I sit down and edit for a few hours, I get super nauseous. Almost like a motion sickness feeling. Does anyone else have this problem and have tips on how to avoid it?

I have read that acupuncture works for nausea, but you should probably not do it on yourself if you don't know how to.

Is it having to look at small waveforms that makes you feel nauseous? I've never had that issue. I just get uber stressed if I have to do a few things at once to fix a project and it gets hard to remember everything I still have to do.

What specific portion of the editing seems to do it? Any instance of editing? Video, audio, etc? Knowing what specific portion could help pinpoint what to do in order to minimize the effect.

Without knowing more, I suggest making sure you're hydrated, have good posture, take breaks and be relaxed. Use your breaks to get the creative juices flowing.

I've been editing for 6 days a week for about 11 hours a day for the last 5 years xD I vaguely remember having nausia at the start...now im lucky if Im still awake at the keyboard by 10pm xD
best advice I can offer is similar to whats been tabled up stream, have 10 minute breaks every hour, stay hydrated and make sure to keep your sugar levels up (You can lose track of time so quickly if your not careful) I reccommend M&M's or a Banana if you live a healthy lifestyle xD
