Do you have a channel trailer? How did you do it?

CandyPhantom

"Random" is my second name
I realized that I have yet to make a channel trailer but I don't know how creators do them. If you have one, how did you do yours?

I have one, recently made. Mainly just tried to make it cool and show a little bit of my style personality etc. Still a lot that can be improved but yeah. I guess it depends on your genre and editing style, there's a lot of creative things you can do with it.

My trailer was a parody of sorts to the "Meet The Characters" videos from Team Fortress 2. It's also the only video I asked for help to a friend this far, he was holding the camera while I was driving and he also appears as I bore him to death while I'm going on a monologue about the difference between a reviewer and a Let's Player.
I will unlist it eventually.

I don't have one because I think my recent video is basically a trailer, as I upload better videos, the next video becomes the trailer.

If I made a trailer I would make an amazing one and put so much effort, but if I'm always improving, I don't want an amazing trailer and not high-quality videos

I see that you too are starting up with YT like me. You may have a look at my trailer in my channel. It was my first video. So obviously, its not perfect, but it sets the ball rolling.

From Audience Retention, I notice that it performs average for organic results which isn't bad to begin with. We can make it better and better slowly as your YT skills improves.

I've been meaning to make one for the longest time, but I'm thinking about making like a "look back"/year in review video so a bit of a compilation of all of this years videos, so that may double up as my channel trailer too!

Ok so I made a trailer, initially of who I was and what my stuff was about. The quality was junk so I redid it with it transforming to my new higher quality stuff that I do with me showing examples of what I do and links to the videos in the video and in the description. That way, people can see what you do, you can show multiple branches of what you do and links to those things.

We recently finished our. It's basically a quick overview of our channel and content with a montage.
The big thing we wanted was to keep it under a min long.
