So I want to make videos of this kind of style, but I can't tell if this is a scripted video or not. If it is scripted, I feel like the jokes and stuff would be kinda weird if you thought of them before hand.

I think it's just a reaction/ opinion video. I'm not sure what you mean by scripted, I think he may had notecards to stay focused on the video. But yea I think its just a funny reacting video
