Do You Guys Post On Weekends?

I think for my channel I have done best when I post Friday afternoon ( not too late) and Saturday morning. I have been trying to examine my analytics to find the peak times people watch my stuff and it seems Saturday at 7pm is when I should post but I guess I feel that is really late. According to some articles I have ready Monday thru Thursday 2 -4 pm are the best and Friday 12-3pm are the best.
 
I personally haven't noticed a change in what day i upload videos. So i'm inclined to say doesn't matter, purely on personal experience.
