Do Playlists play multiple pre rolls?

Curious since I can't watch my own video ads. If I make a play list of multiple videos. If someone were to watch several...is there potential for prerolls to play before the 2nd/3rd/10th/ videos start? Or will it possibly only play one pre roll and no others during the entire play list? THANKS

AFAIK it doesn't restrict the pre rolls. So it's possible to get 10 in a row, every second one, or none at all
