Do I need Nintendo's permission to review their toys?

I want to start a new series on reviewing Nintendo's toys. Do I need to get their permission? I know YouTubers sign up for some type of deal with Nintendo to review games. Does the same apply to nearly everything related to Nintendo?

Technically, if it's a legit review of the product, you don't need anyone's permission. They might try to claim it, but you're ultimately in the right.

Nope!

You should be perfectly fine, other than them MAYBE taking your monitization for the video (if you have that set up that is)

Even then, there are multiple steps to get it back. and during a dispute, all the ad income goes into a pot that the winner gets at the end of it all.

No. In a review video you arent claiming ownership to the Nintendo name or their products. Think of Unbox Therapy. That guys has TONS of review content and as far as I know he hasnt run into any issues.

I'm pretty sure u only need to pay to upload nintendo video games I see why the wii u failed
