Do i change the direction of my channel?

I've Got It
So I recently started my channel early december. Most of my videos are lets plays and tutorials with about 30 views per video average. Well the other day I uploaded a minecraft short film and got over 200 views in just a couple of days. Now I'm wondering if I should change the focus of my channel to more videos like that?
 
Do whatever you want to do. Honestly, I play whatever I feel like playing. If it gets a lot of views, i think, "Well that's cool", and I continue uploading what I want to. I don't believe you should change the direction entirely, but rather incorporate new ideas into it.
 
short films are certainly more attractive. However, if you want to continue to make let's plays, then continue to do so. But it would be great for you to upload something like this once in a while.

The simple life short was quite beautiful =)
 
There are so many Lets Players in YouTube's world that's really hard to get views with Let's Play videos. Iwould believe that these views are the ones from the watchers seeing your videos in the "New Videos Search", when you know what I mean ;)

I have my channel since 2011 and have still only 100 views on average for all of my videos. I uploaded nearly 50 videos. So you can see how much views I get for my videos ;)

Continue your videos!
 
Thanks for the responses. I think I will keep up my regular videos, and just add in the more creative stuff when I get time. When I made the channel, I had no idea how time consuming it could be.
