Hello, I'm trying to take down illegal uploads of our content, what am I suppose to do? I've filled DMCA take down notices but it didn't work for us, and it always says
"SOME OF THE INFORMATION SEEMS FRAUDULENT" how??? I provide them with my real address, phone number, everything! what am I suppose to respond to YouTube?
Do i need some kind of a letter from an attorney or something to Take down YouTube content? please help me out, thank you.
 
Maybe you can use contact info of those channels and kindly ask them to put those videos down? It will cost you nothing except time to tell them that if they do not do so, you are going to take any legal action required.

Hello, yes I'm doing everything as requested by YouTube.
What you mean proper evidence? I have contract agreement and everything, I have to attach it?
