Dislike Botters: Update

Hi, so to anyone who remembers a while back I posted about those pesky dislike botters, I'd thought it'd stopped because I'd taken a break and hadn't seen any dislikes, certainly not the high amount that I usually get, on the video.

However, today I put a new video out and it was all going fine until 9 dislikes appeared out of no-where and the views jumped from 20 to 36 in seconds. It's getting very frustrating and therefore I clicked on the "Help" thing on YouTube and it would appear that because I get a certain amount of views a month or something, I can use the "Email" button and contact them directly.

So I have, I've told them about the issue and I've asked that they resolve it as obviously it can put others off by seeing so many dislikes. I thought that I'd update everyone as it was something many people assisted me with previously.
 
Good luck, but I would not expect too great of a response. Every time I have emailed YouTube, I have either gotten a generic copy and paste response or a "just go look on our product forums", where no one with any more knowledge than you or I ever responds. :(

Mhm, well, I've done all I can. I like to think they'll help, its not an issue on their product forums anyway.
 
Damn I'm sorry to hear they/ someone is still going at it they must really be sad to target someone :L
Maybe they're jealous ?, maybe they have a crap pc and hate on others who can create good quality content ? or maybe they have no life XD

Anyway if you need help with fighting back against them just message me (when I mean fight back I'll like your videos to make it look less nasty)

Now there are 8 likes and 50 views. I'm so confused. What is going on xD

It may have just been posted somewhere on Reddit or a site like it. I have found that there are very little programs out there made specifically to "dislike bot" someone, because people make programs often for money. No one will pay to give dislikes, but people will pay for likes. Check the YouTube traffic sources for the video when you can. I bet that there will be a lot from Reddit or some other site of that nature.

Only a tiny fraction from Reddit. Got one from InvisibleChildren too, that makes no sense, that's that charity about LRA xD
