Dimensions for YT icon?

Quick question, what are the dimensions for a YT icon? Should I just use 1280 x 720 or is it something else?

100x100 when uploaded. YouTube state anything around 800x800 is good.

I use 800x800

512x512 is also good

Sorry I meant to say 800x800, so use that.

Although I dont think 800x600 would make much difference.

Yeah 800x600 actually cut some of the icon out so I used 800x800! It's ok though
