Designing my channel for the new layout all I need is an avatar!

Pearl I have herd great things from you! would you be willing to make me an awesome cartoon drawn avatar? It would need to be pretty much my avatar (I have a bigger picture for you to go off of if you want it) and like a blue background! . Also what do I need to do in return for you to get said avatar?

If anyone else is good at avatars before pearl shows up or if she doesn't want to. Please let me know I am looking for what I stated above. Thanks a bunch!
