Demonetized and move to brand channel to get reviewed faster but it went wrong... Help!

Hi guys, I am from Malaysia, I need help guys. My channel got demonetized on 16/12/2019 for reused content. And then Youtube ask to re-apply for monetization on 15/1/2020. One of my friend ask me to move my channel to brand channel to get reviewed faster. Before that, I deleted all my videos, and make a new videos from scratch. After almost 3 weeks, I hit 4000 watch hours and been reviewed on 4/1/2020. But until now, there are still no answer. One of my friend also said, he got to apply 5 times after been demonetized, but when he applied, he well get the answer within 24 hours. What should I do now ?
