Delay... Extreme lagging video!

I just found out that the video I have been recording lags like hell! It was a good video and while working with vegas I didn't notice it because in display it always lags. Now I'm going to have to redo it tomorrow. I think the reason it lagged is because Unturned and OBS doesn't go well together when I pick a larger map. Yeah, my lappie is old, 4 years. But I can't upload this! I want to post quality.

Did you ever came across something like this?
 
Sounds like OBS. I use OBS and my computer is a beast, we're talking 8GB NVIDIA GTX 1080 here.

I think you might need to tweak your settings a bit...can you post a screenshot of your settings, Output and video and also your laptop specs!

Don't have experience with recording game footage, but I've seen extreme lag if you have the framerates not matching up. E.g. you record 120 FPS but render a video on 100 or 25, etc. Always makes sure that the recording frame rate is equal, double, triple of what you're rendering framerate will be.
 
It's okay now! I'm using a different recorder now, Action! from Mirillis or something and it's amazing! I've cleaned my laptop and using the booster from Razer and it should be good now.
