Dead channel more successful than my current one

My current gaming channel has been tough to build. I have even been hit by spammers and haters. The subscribers won't budge in the upward direction. The other day, I logged into a marketing and REI channel I had and quit messing with for a year and found 226 subscribers and videos with lots of views (1,000 - 4,000 - 6,000) plus likes and comments. I am now revamping this channel.

The videos were crappy and unprofessional quality. Screen capture and unedited. It turns out that the topic really does matter. Gaming is very saturated but everyone is looking for a way to become successful and make money. That's what my real estate basic videos showed people how to do. I am not going to give up on theResidentPsychopath, but I am putting some serious new life into Psychopath Marketing with some professional editing. That organic youtube search and recommended video traffic is ridiculous.

So your old Channel was about Real Estate?

Tried to find it but couldnt see it linked anywhere and If I cant click it Im not looking for it as Im cooking dinner at the same time (Just being lazy and wanting a link lol)

I find it strange that some of our old videos, with hadly no editing, and looking very poor just do really well with views still its crazy........

I didnt link to it in case its considered advertising. The name of the channel is Psychopath Marketing. It comes up on top for that search on YouTube, and apparently many other search keywords.
