Customised Thumbnails?

So on my main channel I can get customised thumbnails but on my gaming channel I don't.
Is there a certain time you have to have your account or when about do you get that feature?

It used to be 30 days, but that restriction went away. I think the only requirement is to enable monetization, and then it should be instant.

After your account was 30 days old, activate monetization.. Then, you get the custom thumbnail feature.. If the account still under 30 days, then it'll be wait until it gets 30 days..

the 30 days restriction was lifted a couple of months ago.
