Custom Thumbnails?

I still don't have Custom Thumbnails and my account has been created longer than 30 days now. I've not monetized videos toooooooooo!

Any help?

That is strange.. My Guess is the number of Subscribers.. I wasn't able to do either till I had over 20.

Don't you need to be a youtube partner in order to monetize your videos and add custom thumbnails??

When you Monetize your videos, you become a 'Youtube' partner

You`ll receive them after being in good standing for 30 days after activating Adsense (half-partnership)
