Every video I upload today forces me to go to video manager after uploading is complete to chose my custom thumbnail, this is rather a pain in the a**.

the exact same thing happened to me too! :'D i just used vidIQ to upload the thumbnail while it uploaded haha

Happening to me too. I need to wait until the video has been uploaded, then leave the page and go to the video manager in order to change the thumbnail.
