Custom Thumbnail Loading Times?

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but, how long are the loading times for custom thumbnails?

I finally made some for my videos but my 2nd one is taking a long time to go up. I put it up nearly an hour ago (maybe I'm just impatient ). Any ideas?

It really depends. Sometimes it take 1 min, sometimes 10 minutes.....

For replacing old ones few minutes to upload and a couple hours to fully take effect for putting a new one while it uploads a couple minutes

Depends on how fast the YouTube servers can process the custom thumbnail, if you upload the thumbnail while the video is uploading the time it takes to process should be reduced (this is only from personal experience)

Thanks guys. This video has already been uploaded so I wonder why it's taking so long to upload the thumbnail :/
