Nice video. I watch many cooking videos and the ones I always prefer are the demonstrations by a chef - either male or female - as it gives the video that human interest and personal touch.

Do try this way sometimes.

Good video length & thumbnail designs, maybe try a small tripod like GorillaPod so that your hands are free to do whatever needs to be done. Using cellphone or some camera?
