Hi,
I was wondering if channels with copyright claims (not strikes) are able to receive their 100K playbutton?
Also keeping in mind that the copyright claims I'm talking about don't affect the channel at all, like you can't monetize the video but that's it kind of claim.
As I've read so far, it seems like a yes because I feel like it doesn't affect the health of the channel in general as you're not breaking any rules. You just can't join the YPP Program.
However, I'm not completely sure.
