I've Got It
The most creative and probably also the most stressful idea we had was to start Christmas calendar. It's running right now btw 
. We asked a ton of other youtubers if they would be interested in collaborating with us. Many did and so we started the project. Tons of work but it pays off, literally. We already made like 400 new subs and earnings keep rolling. It's running on our German channel Kochnoob.

When I was in NYC this summer, I thought I'd have to give up doing my "George" series, as it involves puppets and that doesn't work on location, but we actually DID do a video on location, with the puppets on subway trains and in the park and on the sidewalks, and I thought it was just the best thing ever.
