Creative Commons Videos and Copyright

Hey!
I made a video and my friend would like to help promote me by featuring it on their channel.
Video files are bit hard to share so I was thinking of uploading the video to my channel and putting it under creative commons so they can download it and upload it to their channel.
Is posting this exact same video on another channel allowed?
Do you guys know a better way to share a video like this? Being able to post on your channel and another persons channel not through a like, but an actual post?
Thanks!

Posting the exact same video on another channel is allowed, as long as they have permission to reupload it.

If you want to share the video your best uploading it to your google drive/dropbox and sharing it via there. That way they can get a better quality version too. If it's downloaded via YouTube it'll be poorer quality than what was uploaded.

Under the creative common license you're able to "Remix"the video directly on youtube and publish it. Not sure if that makes the quality worse or not. It's just a channel trailer so I'm not going to be picky about the quality.

Oh I thought they might want to reupload it or make their own cuts or something. In that case the creative commons thing could be the way to go, just keep in mind if the video is public others can access it too. You'll have to try and see if it works in private and whether the option to change it back to a standard license is possible.
