CPM is going lower and lower on Youtube

Hi, Im on youtube since 2006. I have many youtube channels and they are monetized. But since 2015 the youtube CPM is very low. I have the lowest CPM in august 2015. Do you know why the CPM is decreasing? :eeks:
 
Well summer is usually low an since YouTube opened the monetization program advertising gets cheaper and cheaper as there is more and more ad space.
