country for partnerprogram + youtube searching routine

hello,

i have 2 questions:

1. i am a singapore girl, which live (first location) in the uk.

i want to get a partner in youtube.
for which country i should apply? singapore? uk? swiss?
4 month i live in the uk, 3 month in singapore and around 5 mounth in swiss.
is there any differnce between the partner-programs, depanding on the countries?

2. is there any differnce for youtube inside the search-engine?

excample i want to get some threads in chinese for a chinese audience in singapore, but the partnerprogram is made in uk, cause uk ip - then the search is different to a singapore ip?

how can i make a descision for that?

Well you better could make some awesome videos and wait you get in a network. network is world wide. I don't really know about partnerprogram it depends on the mail of checks I guess and banks.

I'm saying that I think the google adsense depends on Country because of the payment methode. Google only pays with checks or bank transfer. Not all countries do accept these so that's why google adsense isn't available in all countries. If you want to become partner with a network you will get paid through PayPal and that's accepted everywhere, but to become part of a network you need alot of views per day. For so far I know.

I don't have any answers for " is there any differnce for youtube inside the search-engine?" that's why I didn't answer it.

but my question is, that i stay in 1 year in 3 countries - 2 have youtube partnerprograms - and i am not sure which i should take - if there are advantages/ disatvantages - youtube terms and conditions write nothing about that.

and the other question is - that if i post all threads in chinese for singapore people - its maybe not the best idea to join youtube in the uk, where i also stay some month and have my personal location. in sinpaore i only work.

But that's what i'm trying to say about your first question. I don't know if it can be done with the money. Because when you get checks from youtube they will send it to 1 address and you can redeem it with 1 bank. So if you take UK you have to be in the UK to redeem the money. Google doesn't send your money to PayPal and that's a shame, because with PayPal you can acces it everywhere.

About the second question I can't give you an answer because I don't really know how that works. I think indeed if you post videos in the UK, people in the UK will find it faster than in Singapore, BUT my videos are more watched in the US than in The Netherlands and I live in The Netherlands so I don't really know how that works.
