Counter notification under final review

How long it takes? I had a copyright strike the 29th november. I sent a counter notification, it was the 19th december to restore my videos but the scammer answered and i have the message "Counter notification under final review. "
 
It honestly depends on each and every strike, it could be done tomorrow, it could be done in three weeks.
 
I know it's a false copyright strike. The guy is asian and he used a secondary youtube channel to strike me. He took my videos and i gave him strike. I removed my strikes because i talked with him and he removed the stolen videos. But after 1 month he gave me 1 strike with a fake name but he doesn't want to answer to my messages.... -_-
