Could Thumbnails Be Hurting My Views?

So, I started putting thumbnails on my videos in an effort to make my channel looks more neat and to get more people watching. Sure my channel looks good now but I feel like the uniformity of my thumbnails might be hurting my views! Should I get rid of them? Make new ones? Could someone take a look and give me an opinion?
 
I think they're pretty neat actually. But you may wanna find a way to make the subtitles stand out from one another. At first glance peeps might think it's a video they've already watched because a lot of the thumbnails look similar. Oh sweet I figured it out.
 
make the thumbnails POP out more. make the text bigger. vary the colors. use pictures if you'd like. it looks neat, but it doesn't pop, and you can barely read what it says when its thumbnail size.

I make the text relative to the videos, the design is for decoration. I make a lot of videos where there are no images that would fit properly so there is no point in trying to make thumbnails like that.
