I think your icon should have a ninja in it... I like your banner and the ninja branding.
Channel layout is good except I think the WMVseries are random... Perhaps rename it something else?
Audio n Video are ok. Not bad. Not excellent. It's good. It could be improved but it's not necessary.
Commentary Quality is ok. I think just being more engaging and exciting is key. :3

Thanks for the feedback, actually the .WMV series has a little story going on behind it that most of my older subscribers from my first channel are well aware of (an inside joke between a few hundred Youtubers). But I can understand coming from a new person's point of view that they are a bit unexpected.

I think your channel overlay is good! Fun and simple banner/avatar, with a nice, eye-catching shade of purple. Your playlists are nicely organized so it all looks good.

On the note of the .wmv series, while it's good that you're keeping engaged with your old subscribers, to a new viewer, seeing .wmv may make it seem like you don't know what you're doing, especially since your channel trailer has that in its title, so it's the first thing they see. If you want to keep the .wmv series, I would definitely suggest at least changing your channel trailer's name.

That being said, in general, your channel has a good look!
