Could I Get A Full Channel Review?

I would just like to get some feedback on my channel as a whole:
-Videos
-Layout
-Intro
-Banner and Logo

I strive to improve my channel I any way possible, it would mean a lot if just one person could review my channel for me

Hi whats up I just spent a good 30 mins checking out your channel in depth and I gotta say theres a lot of good stuff on here.

Quality: at times is poor not in video but more like the computer. but alot of time is pretty high I like how you play with your friends, kinda the same thing I have going on but we do ours differently we USE to just have one person over live or skype and the other capture. but your videos are good

Thumbnails: are good a little messy i have no room to speak just clean them up a bit

Banner: is simple everything looks fine i'd probably use more res because some of it looks a little fuzzy

Pros: Commentary is good, quality is good (pc looks choppy) Awesome logo, and banner

Cons: sometimes the videos have far too many people and its kinda distracting, Need to clean up thumbnails

Overall: Great channel needs some improvement but is an easy fix. I hope my channel is like that one day

P.S.S. When you click on your channel badge thing it takes you to someone elses channel I was confused for a minute

Thanks for the feedback! I have 2 channel badges, one being my channel RocketNinjaGaming and the other is a group channel that I am the owner of. Sorry for the confusion haha
