To check copyright for music scroll to the description and usually it will be like for example "Buy Bobby Shmurda Hot Ni*ga now" Thats how I check anyway
You shouldn't really be using any music you don't own any right to if you plan to monetize. Even if that video isn't currently in content id it could be easily added and then poof, the video is now id'd (or worse copystrike).
As derick said, you have to assure that the music is not copyrighted for you, because many people purchase commercial licenses of some music tracks and earn money form them in their productions in youtube.
If they earn money the video wouldn't list the song and a buy link. I purchase licenses and once I get the content ID claim I submit it showing proof I have a license and the buy it now thing is gone.
