Hi, I run a channel that hosts ripped trash movies. Sometimes they're automatically identified as copyrighted and no further action is taken. Recently some videos which were not auto-identified have been taken down, causing strikes. My question is: can videos that have already been automatically identified as copyrighted later incur strikes if a complaint is made? My intuition tells me the automatic system would be the end of it but it would be appreciated to know from a more experienced person.

Their AI is just a bot. The AI is just trying to protect your channel automatically, it is not the final arbitrator. If the copyright owner sees their content on another channel... of course they still have the right to claim it.
