I have a video that has 2 claimants. #1 owns the rights in the UK and #2 owns it in the US. I appealed the rejected dispute and #1 put a 7-day-delayed DMCA takedown. A few days later, #2 also responded in kind.
Today the video was taken down by claimant #1. On the copyright page of the video, it says "video taken down" and under that it says "takedown pending". I'm assuming that second one is for #2 because they initiated their 7-day-delay afterwards. When their 7 days run out I'm assuming nothing will happen because the video is already offline. But the counter-notification I submitted today was for claimant #1.
Will claimant #2 also receive the same counter-notification once their takedown goes into effect, or will I have to submit a second one for them? How is this situation handled?
