Hi, I've had my first copyright strike lately, but it turned out to be a misunderstanding and the claimant quickly reinstated my video.
Now I have the problem that the strike still shows up in my channel settings, even though the video was 100% reinstated. In the Channel Settings it says "Bad standing • Expires Oct 25, 2014". Because of this I cannot get a partnership with a network.
Over a week has passed since the video was reinstated. I've talked to the claimant again and they said the retraction has been processed on their end, so it may be a technical bug.
Has anybody experienced something like this? My account is verified, I do not have any other Copyright Strikes, Content-ID Claims or Community Strikes (and never did). Nothing shows up in my Copyright Notices on YT. I also completed copyright school before the strike was removed and my account is verified.
It would appear that something glitched in YouTube's system. How long does it usually take them to fully process a retraction and how could I contact YouTube's technical support about this?
Please help.
