Hello everyone I have a question for ya!
A youtube user collected car crash videos from around the web ( He does not own or hold any copyright over any of the videos)
Anyhow I liked his video so I downloaded it, I remixed it and Shuffled all the videos around. So nothing was in the same order, I also put my logo over top of his ( I know this sounds like hijacking :S ) ......but he doesn't own any copyright to any of the videos.....he's someone who is milking youtube with other peoples car crash videos. So how is he able to put a copyright strike against me? when I remixed it and he doesn't own anything legally ? Thank you to everyone in advance [DOUBLEPOST=1429424468,1429424401][/DOUBLEPOST]Whoops I forgot to ask should I fight the copyright strike ? considering the videos within it are fair use? thanks!
