Copyright questions!?

Hey guys,
So I was wondering if it's okay to do a few things:
1) Take a game trailer and do a voice-over commentry whilst it's playing to give like a review in a sense?
2) Take SEVERAL game trailers and do voice-over commentry for them all in like a top-ten manner

I would love to do one of these, but I don't want to risk being banned from Adsense.
Advice?

You're better off recording your own in-game footage and commenting over that instead of official trailers.

I would not recommend using official trailers, that could get you in hot water fast. Like @chrisdragon stated it`s much safer to record some game play footage of your own rather than risk getting in trouble with copyright areas.
