Copyright Question

I know that I can't use rightfully own music from an artist, but can I use the music that has been remix?
for example this song:

So yeah... Is it legal to use? Do I need to ask permission to the person who remixed it?

Remixing a song does not remove copyright.

You even need permission to remix a song in the first place.

Yeah like it's been stated here, samples of any sort cannot be used.
We have promoted two songs that the chorus is re-sang and remixed, this is alright, using beats/vocals of any song without permission (or attribution in some cases like CC) could result in a Copyright strike.

In most cases it would be considered a derivative work, so yes you still would need permission from the artist.
