2 Options
  1. Reach Out to the person whose copyright you infringed on and apologize and ask them if they will remove the flag and allow you to take your video down. If this is not an option and they do not want to let you then see option #2

People take their copyrights very seriously, both here and on YoutTube.

well ive seen people upload the same thing its gaming footage so im not sure why theres is allowed but mine isnt any ideas?
 
For fair use on gaming, commentary is almost essential! Also you may be leaving out the part you were trying to monitize it and the others probably were not. Or... they didn't get caught.
 
Apparently I was too subtle.
