Copyright Material in Videos

I've Got It
I am starting to do Chatroulette videos and last night when I was recording my first Chatroulette video, a few people that I recorded, and would like to put in my video, showed copyright material. If I were to put them in my video, would I get in trouble with either a copyright notice or Content ID Claim or would they leave it along since other it's other people doing it? The copyright material is a guy playing with a wrestling toy with that wrestler's theme song playing, a kid mouthing the words to a parody to a song of a popular Disney movie, and a guy playing the ukulele while wearing a Batman mask.

It's better to NOT put copyright material in at all, YouTube is quite strict and the slightest mistake could me no more adsense forever which is a bummer unfortunately.

Moved this over to Copyright, Claims, Strikes and Legal Discussion.
Thank you.[DOUBLEPOST=1419799296,1419796281][/DOUBLEPOST]

I actually just found out that the parody song and the guy wearing a Batman mask is ok because it is fair use due to it being parody. I just don't know if the wrestler would be ok...
