Copyright claims broken?

Hi,

I am receiving a copyright claim for music in my Life is Strange playthrough but I can't check the timestamp or what the claim is for because everytime I do it gives me a server timed out fail....

Is this happening to anyone else regardless of the video?

YouTube was broken for me today for a few hours, couldn't load a few pages!
So it might just be a temporary thing, try again in 30 mins :p!
